Ewer Studio - Shipping & Tracking

At Ewer Studio we want to offer the best prices possible to our customers, and sometimes that means longer shipping times. We understand that waiting for your order to arrive can be frustrating, but the good news is that the cost savings we're able to achieve through longer shipping times are passed directly on to you.

So, while you may need to exercise a bit of patience, you're able to enjoy great discounts on quality products.

While some of our products may arrive quicker than others, please accommodate for a 2+ month turnaround time on your order as we process your precious cargo for dispatch. It is our goal to avoid longer shipping, but sometimes things happen from order placement to dispatch to transit. If this happens we will notify you. We guarantee an arrival date for some, but not all orders. We do not accommodate for shipments that take longer than expected.

Because we work with multiple talented manufacturers, if you order more than one item (furniture, lighting, rugs, etc.) your shipment may arrive in separate packages and at different times. We will provide tracking information for each item that you purchase, when available.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be available after your order is processed for furniture, lighting, and rugs. Processing can take 2-3 weeks for small orders and 3-4 weeks for larger orders.

Many of our items are manufactured overseas and tracking will update once it has been shipped and has entered the United States. Sometimes items are shipped using a different non-english carrier, in this case we will keep you updated on your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep. There will be no tracking information for these orders.

Arrival & Packaging Disposal

White glove delivery is not guaranteed. Product placement is not guaranteed. You will be notified when your shipment is close. Please work with us to coordinate your drop off should we need to do so. We ask that you please leave a valid phone number for us when you place your order so that we may contact you promptly if needed. 

Our products often come a long way! We want to ensure that you receive your items without any damage, so we have our manufacturers package your orders accordingly. This will sometimes mean leftover packaging that needs to be disposed of. We are not responsible for the disposal of these materials nor are we responsible for any costs of disposing of these materials. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
