Free Shipping

Ewer Studio proudly offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Freight, handling, and coordination costs are fully covered — no additional fees at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 5–12 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–3 months from the date of purchase, including both production lead time and international transit from our manufacturing partners.

We appreciate your patience while we ensure that each piece is carefully crafted and delivered with quality in mind.

Tracking

Tracking information becomes available once your shipment arrives in the United States, generally about one month after it leaves our supplier. You will receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as they are available so you can follow the final leg of your delivery.

Delivery Method

All orders are delivered via professional door-to-door freight service. Items will be brought to the exterior entrance of your residence or building.

Indoor delivery, including room placement or stair carry, is not included and may not be available through our carriers.

A valid phone number where we can reach you or your representative directly is required at checkout. This allows the delivery team to schedule your drop-off and to get in contact in the event of any questions or delivery coordination needs.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to make changes.

Providing an accurate, up-to-date phone number, where we can reach you directly, is essential for a successful delivery.

Expedited Shipping Requests

In select cases, expedited shipping may be available with a delivery timeline of approximately one month. This service is not offered at checkout and must be arranged manually.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or internationally.

Packaging Removal & Disposal

All items are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Our delivery partners do not provide unpacking services, and Ewer Studio is not responsible for the removal or disposal of packing materials. We recommend planning ahead.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to local and state taxes where applicable.
