Return Information

If for some reason you are not happy with the quality of your purchase and would like to start a return, please email us the name of the product, your order number, and any supporting photos of the defects and/or damages within 7 days of receiving your purchase to returns@ewer.studio and we will begin the return process within 1-2 days if your return is eligible. Or start a return here.

Ewer Studio reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Custom Furniture & Studio Marketplace items are final sale and are not eligible for return.


Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or request changes within 48 hours after placing your order with no problems. After 48 hours, we will try our best to cancel or modify your order, however, this is not a guarantee. For cancelations or changes please email us at returns@ewer.studio with the names of the item(s) you are cancelling and your order number.


At this time, we do not offer exchanges. 

Refund Information

We will review your return in 1-2 business days and process your refund in 5-10 business days if eligible to the form of payment you used at checkout after we receive your return.

Return Packaging

Our items sometimes come a long way which may cause damage to the packaging. We are not responsible for damaged packaging.

Nonrefundable fees

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable.


Non-returnable items

Items that are made to order, custom furniture, and items purchased as final sale cannot be returned.
