Returns & Cancellations
At Ewer Studio, every one of our products are curated and crafted with care. Due to the nature of made-to-order furniture and overseas fulfillment, we accept returns only in cases of verified damage or defects.
Return Eligibility
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Email returns@ewer.studio with your order number, product name, and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Items must be in original condition, unused, and securely repackaged. Returns outside the 30-day window or for reasons unrelated to damage or defects cannot be accepted.
Custom & Final Sale Items
All custom-made orders are final sale and non-returnable, as they are made exclusively for you.
Please double-check dimensions, finishes, and lead times before placing your order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be canceled or changed within 48 hours of placement. After this window, production or shipping may already be in progress, and we cannot guarantee adjustments.
For changes or cancellations, email returns@ewer.studio with your order number and requested update as soon as possible.
Refunds
If a return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to order a different product, please place a new order.
You must submit a return request (if eligible) for the original item.
Packaging & Delivery Disclaimer
Our orders are packaged securely to handle long-distance transit. External box wear is common and not considered a defect.
Ewer Studio is not responsible for packaging disposal or minor damage to packaging materials unless the product itself is affected.
Return Shipping
Return freight and any associated pickup costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Ewer Studio. Retain original packaging when possible, as returns must be repacked securely to be accepted.
